FOR PROBLEMS, ONCE YOU'RE AT THE RESORT:

Skip the front desk and go to the UVC (Universal Vacation Club) Office.  It is located outside the lobby area, facing the pool  for special requests, reservation problems and/or other questions.

QUESTION/ANSWER (thanks to Cabo Princess for the info!):

1. Does the hotel provide toiletries (shampoo and soap)?
    Yes, the hotel provides toiletries.
2. Is there a charge for the fitness room?
    The fitness room is $8 per person per day.
3. Is there really a daily "tipping" charge ($3-$4) assessed against each unit as I've read elsewhere online?
    Yes, there is a daily tipping fee, however, it is only the amount that should be tipped even if not asked. Your rooms 
    will be attended to the fullest each day. The fee is distributed to everyone. I 'think' this is done because many
    choose the All Inclusive option.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

We have 1 junior suite/studio (diagram below) - Mark and Daniel can work out who gets the bed and who gets the pull-out sofa.

1 one-bedroom unit (diagram below) - Bill gets the bedroom due to seniority; Wayne and Kristiana get the pull-out sofa.

1 two-bedroom unit (diagram below) - Randy and Beth get one bedroom; HH and Lena get the other.  Kara and Brett get the pull-out sofa.  Again, seniority rules!  ;-)

AMENITIES:

Washer and Dryer - neither one in our rooms.  There is a coin Laundromat on the ground floor.
